How much is delivery?
Flat $59 anywhere within 15 road miles of our shop at 3005 Garden Rd in Eustis — a zone that covers Mount Dora, Tavares, Umatilla, Sorrento, and Leesburg. Past that it's $4 per driving mile. Delivery is never free, and your exact total shows at checkout before you pay. Want to skip the fee entirely? Pick your order up at the shop for nothing.
Which towns do you deliver to?
Home turf is Eustis and the rest of Lake County — the whole Golden Triangle plus Leesburg and Umatilla sit inside the flat-rate zone, and we run farther out for a simple mileage charge. Text your address to 407-454-1320 and we'll confirm the number.
Who handles setup and teardown?
Tent raising and takedown come standard with every tent order, and dance floor installation is included as well. Chairs and tables arrive stacked; if you'd rather we place them too, add setup at checkout — $0.95 a chair, $2.95 a table.
How early should I reserve?
Spring and fall Saturdays around the lakes go quickly, so a week or two of lead time is smart. Date coming up fast? Call anyway — if the gear is on the shelf, it's yours.
How does payment work?
Reserve straight through the site with any major card, any hour of the day. A 25% deposit holds your date, and the remainder runs automatically 48 hours ahead of your event.
Can I cancel my order?
Seven or more days out, you get a full refund minus any damage waiver. Inside seven days, half the order total is retained.
