Corporate Rental FAQs
Can you supply tents for a company event in Eustis or Lake County?
We can. Frame and high peak tents, banquet and round tables, chairs, and dark walnut dance floors go out to company picnics, staff cookouts, and client events across Eustis, Tavares, Mount Dora, Leesburg, and the rest of Lake County.
Our venue requires a certificate of insurance. Can you handle that?
Yes. Share the venue's requirements when you book and we'll have the COI paperwork squared away before delivery day — county parks and managed properties around Lake County ask for it all the time.
How does billing work for a business?
You get one itemized invoice covering the rental, the delivery, and any add-ons, so accounting files a single document. Delivery is a flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis and $4 per mile after that, with the exact figure shown at checkout.
Who sets everything up?
Tent setup and teardown are included with every tent, and dance floor installation is included as well. If you'd rather not pull staff away to arrange seating, add chair and table setup at checkout — $0.95 per chair, $2.95 per table.

Company Events Outdoors, the Lake County Way
Lake County gives a company picnic something an office park never will: a lake to look at. Ferran Park on Lake Eustis, Wooton Park on the Tavares waterfront, and the shoreline spots around Mount Dora all turn a routine staff lunch into an actual outing — and a tent converts any of them into a shaded, rain-proof venue for the afternoon. Eustis Event Rentals brings the tent, the seating, and the dance floor. Your team just shows up and eats.
One planning note for bigger gatherings: Florida exempts tents of 900 square feet or less from permitting under F.S. 633.202(17), which covers our entire high peak line up through the 20×40. Step up to a 20×60 frame tent for an all-hands, though, and Lake County will want a tent permit and a fire review first. It's routine paperwork, but it needs lead time — flag it when you request your quote.
The Paperwork, Minus the Pain
- Certificates of insurance: parks departments and managed venues around Lake County routinely ask vendors for a COI. Tell us where the event is and we'll get the document where it needs to go before delivery day.
- Invoicing your bookkeeper will like: one itemized invoice covering rental, delivery, and add-ons. No mystery line items to chase down at month-end.
- Predictable delivery pricing: a flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis, then $4 per mile beyond. It's never free, and it's never vague — checkout shows the exact figure before you commit a card.
- Or skip delivery: if facilities has a truck, pick your order up free from our shop at 3005 Garden Rd in Eustis.
Sizing a Corporate Setup
A shorthand that works: one 60-inch round seats eight coworkers and claims roughly a 10-foot circle of tent space once chairs slide out. Divide your headcount by eight, give every table its circle, and you'll land near the right tent. A few proven combinations:
- Team lunch, around 40 people: 20×20 high peak, five 8-ft banquet tables, folding chairs. Fast to place, easy to work around.
- Quarterly picnic, around 100: 20×40 high peak — still permit-exempt at 800 square feet — with rounds for seating and a pair of banquets for the buffet line.
- Evening client reception: frame tent, chiavari chairs, linens on the rounds (specialty colors need seven days' notice), and a dark walnut dance floor with installation included.
