No. Reserving takes just 25% down, though you're welcome to pay in full instead. We charge the balance to your saved card automatically 48 hours ahead of the event.

Cancel 3 or more days before your event date for a full refund of everything you paid, the damage waiver included. Within 3 days of your event, no refund. Adding items or making changes is easy — use the link in your confirmation email or text us.

Every order includes delivery and pickup, and tents are set up and taken down by our crew at no charge — that part is never extra. For chairs and tables you pick at checkout: plain drop-off (you arrange them yourself) or full setup and breakdown at $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table.

It's a flat $59 anywhere within 15 road miles of our Eustis warehouse — a zone that takes in Mount Dora, Tavares, Umatilla, and Sorrento — then $4 per driving mile past 15. Delivery is never free, but picking up from 3005 Garden Rd is. Type your address at checkout and the exact fee appears before you pay.

All of Lake County: Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, Umatilla, Sorrento, Leesburg, Fruitland Park, Lady Lake, Minneola, Groveland, Clermont, and the communities in between. Somewhere outside that footprint? Ask — longer runs get quoted case by case.

Our standard rhythm is drop-off the day before your event and collection the day after, which keeps event morning stress-free. You'll get a text with your window once routes are locked in. If event day demands a precise arrival, guaranteed exact-time delivery can be added at checkout for $150.

None of the core gear does — tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors run on zero utilities. Extras like string lights or fans plug into any ordinary outdoor outlet, and even those are conveniences rather than requirements.

Yes. Grass gets staked; concrete, asphalt, and pavers get ballast weights instead of stakes. Just tell us the surface when you order so the truck is loaded with the right anchoring gear.

Our canopies are built water-resistant for Central Florida's pop-up showers and shrug off ordinary rain just fine. Severe-weather warnings are a different matter — if a serious storm threatens your date, we'll work with you on a plan.
