Graduation Season · The Golden Triangle

Graduation Party Rentals

The tassel earned a party. We deliver tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors to backyards across Eustis, Umatilla, Tavares, and the Golden Triangle — reserve three to four weeks ahead of graduation weekend.

Grad Party Questions

When should I book for a May or June graduation?

Three to four weeks ahead is the safe window. Eustis, Tavares, Mount Dora, Umatilla, and Leesburg schools all hold ceremonies within the same short stretch of late spring, so the tent calendar fills fast once announcements go out.

What tent size fits a graduation party?

Figure each table of eight needs about a 10-foot square once the chairs pull out. Forty guests sit comfortably under a 20x20; past sixty, step up to a 20x30 or 20x40. Send your headcount and a yard photo and we'll match the size for you.

Do you handle the setup?

Tent setup and teardown are included with every tent rental at no charge. Chairs and tables arrive stacked and clean; if you'd like us to place and break those down too, add it at checkout for $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table.

How much is delivery for a grad party?

A flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis, then $4 per mile beyond — the exact amount is calculated at checkout before you pay. Free pickup from our shop at 3005 Garden Rd in Eustis is always an option too.

Why Lake County Grad Parties Happen at Home

Ask around Eustis or Umatilla in the spring and you'll hear the same plan on repeat: ceremony in the morning, open house in the backyard the rest of the day. It works because a grad party isn't really a seated dinner — cousins drift in, neighbors stop over, teammates arrive in packs. A tent over the food, enough chairs for whoever stays, and no rented hall clock-watching you out the door at nine.

That's the setup we deliver all season across the Golden Triangle — Eustis, Tavares, and Mount Dora — plus Umatilla, Sorrento, and Leesburg. Tent setup and teardown are always part of the rental, so the only things left on your list are the food and the guest of honor.

The May–June Crunch Is Real

Here's what nobody warns you about: every high school in the area graduates inside the same few late-spring weekends, which means hundreds of Lake County families want tents on the same handful of Saturdays. Our honest advice — the day the ceremony date is announced, reserve your rental. Booking three to four weeks out almost always gets you exactly the tent and chair count you want; waiting until the week of almost never does.

Three Ways to Set It Up

What It Costs to Get It There

Delivery runs a flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis and $4 per mile past that — never free, but always spelled out to the penny at checkout. Want us to place and later break down the seating too? That's $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table. Or collect the whole order yourself, free, from 3005 Garden Rd.

Call or text 407-454-1320 and Logan, the owner, will size the setup to your headcount and your yard. Then go write the toast.
