The hills are the story
Clermont’s rolling terrain is beautiful and it complicates event setups more than anywhere else we deliver. Sloped backyards in Kings Ridge, Legends, Summit Greens, and Hartwood Reserve mean a tent can’t just be staked — it has to be leveled, with adjustable legs and shims, and a dance floor on a grade is a hazard we’d rather flag before delivery day than discover on it. Tell us about your slope when you book; our crew levels table runs and tent frames on Clermont hillsides routinely, and we’ll tell you straight if a spot won’t safely take a floor.
Thirty miles, priced honestly
Clermont is about thirty road miles from our Eustis shop — a bit under an hour — so delivery lands around $119 for most addresses. That’s real money, so we’re upfront with the two ways to soften it: build one combined order instead of split deliveries, or use free customer pickup at our Eustis shop for compact folding-furniture loads. The exact delivery figure for your address shows at checkout before any payment.
Waterfront Park and the city venues
Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola is Clermont’s signature spot — pavilions book through the city — and it carries the graduation parties, reunions, and lakeside birthdays. Palatlakaha Recreation Area, Kehlor Park, and the Clermont City Center round out the city’s inventory for field events and indoor receptions. Reserve your facility with the city first, then book us inside the window.
What Clermont orders
Lakefront pavilion parties: banquet tables and folding chairs, quick in and out. Hillside backyard celebrations: the 20×20 or 20×40 high peak — leveled — with 60-inch rounds and padded resin chairs. Weddings on the flatter lakeside lawns: frame tents to 20×60, chiavari chairs, linens, and the dark walnut dance floor where the grade allows. Tent setup and teardown are always included; table-and-chair placement is the paid add-on at checkout; dance floor installation is included.
Permits, same statewide rules
Up to 900 square feet — through our 20×40 — no tent permit on private property under the Florida Fire Prevention Code. Larger tents take the Lake County permit and fire review; we prepare the paperwork and schedule around approval.
