Two Clermonts, two furniture orders
Lakefront Clermont — Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola, pavilions reserved through the city — takes the classic pavilion kit: 6-foot and 8-foot banquets, folding chairs, in and out inside your window. Hillside Clermont — Kings Ridge, Legends, Summit Greens, Hartwood Reserve — is where the dressed events happen: 60-inch rounds with linens and padded resin or chiavari chairs on backyard patios with a view most venues would charge for.
The hills change the job
A table that rocks on a slope ruins dinner service faster than rain. On Clermont grades our crew levels table runs with shims as part of the setup add-on ($2.95 per table, $0.95 per chair — placement to your layout, leveling where the ground argues, breakdown at pickup). If you’re arranging furniture yourself on a sloped patio, ask us for the shim tip sheet at delivery; it’s a two-minute education that saves a cake.
Counting for the guest list
One round per eight dinner guests; one banquet per eight to ten seated or per buffet line; a serving table per fifty. A hundred-guest hillside reception: twelve rounds, three banquets, one-hundred-ten chairs. Every per-piece price is live on the booking page — total it any hour without waiting on a callback.
Thirty miles, full transparency
Clermont is our longest regular run — about thirty road miles from the Eustis shop — so delivery lands near $119 ($59 base + $4/mile past fifteen), never free, exact figure at checkout before you pay. Make the distance pay for itself: one combined truck with tables, chairs, linens, the dark walnut dance floor (installation included), and a tent leveled on the grade (setup always included).
