Tents that respect the terrain
Clermont’s rolling hills are the prettiest event backdrop in Lake County and the trickiest tenting ground we cover. Sloped backyards in Kings Ridge, Legends, Summit Greens, and Hartwood Reserve can absolutely take a tent — but only when the frame is leveled properly, and that’s exactly the work our crew shows up equipped for: adjustable legs, shims, uphill staking, and an honest read of the grade before anything goes up. If a spot won’t safely take the tent you want, we say so at booking, not on delivery morning.
Where the tents go
Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola hosts the pavilion parties — a 10×10 canopy ($249.99/day) stretches a reserved pavilion’s shade, delivered inside your city-reserved window. The 20×20 high peak carries the backyard birthdays and showers; the 20×40 handles graduation parties and reunions on the flatter lots; and frame tents to 20×60 cover the lakeside receptions where Clermont earns its wedding reputation. Setup, staking, tensioning, and teardown are always included — on this terrain especially, that’s not a corner anyone should cut.
Permits, briefly
Through the 20×40, Florida’s 900-square-foot exemption means no tent permit on private property. Larger tents, or any side thirty feet and up, take a Lake County permit with fire review — we prepare the paperwork and build the timeline around approval. City facilities at Waterfront Park and the Clermont City Center reserve through the city first; we work inside your window.
Thirty miles, stated up front
Clermont is our longest regular run — about thirty road miles, so delivery lands near $119 ($59 base + $4/mile past fifteen), never free, exact figure at checkout before payment. Two ways to make it worth it: ship the entire event on one truck (tent, tables, chairs, dance floor — one fee), or for small canopies, free customer pickup at our Eustis shop remains the budget play. Prices are live on the booking page; 407-454-1320 answers seven days a week.
