South Lake’s fastest-filling calendar
Minneola is building fast — the Hills of Minneola district alone is reshaping the Turnpike side of town — and new neighborhoods mean new backyards hosting their first big events. That’s most of our Minneola work: housewarming-scale parties and kids’ birthdays in Founders Ridge and Ardmore Reserve under a 20×20 high peak, and the bigger family celebrations stepping up to the 20×40 as the guest lists grow into the new square footage.
Trailhead Park: the easiest venue in the county
Minneola Trailhead Park keeps its pavilions free-use, no permit required per the city — seventeen acres at 315 Madison Street, open dawn to dusk. A 10×10 canopy ($249.99/day) next to a Trailhead pavilion extends the shade for a party that outgrew the roof; we deliver and stake inside park hours. Indoor events at the East Chester Street gym book through the city’s Recreation Department (352-394-3598) — tents stay outside, but tables and chairs ride along on the same truck.
Hills, handled
Minneola shares Clermont’s rolling terrain, and tents care about grade. Our crew levels frames with adjustable legs where a backyard slopes, stakes on the uphill side, and tells you honestly at booking if a spot needs rethinking. Tents up to 900 square feet — through the 20×40 — need no permit on private property under Florida’s exemption; larger sizes take the Lake County permit and fire review, which we prepare and schedule around.
The math for the drive
Minneola sits about twenty-eight road miles from our Eustis shop, so delivery lands around $109 — $59 base plus $4 per mile past fifteen, never free, exact figure at checkout. Make the distance count: one combined order (tent, tables, chairs, dance floor) means one fee and one setup morning. Setup and teardown are always included with every tent, prices are live on the booking page around the clock, and 407-454-1320 answers seven days a week.
