The Friendly City, covered
Fruitland Park sits in northwest Lake County, about twenty-two road miles from our Eustis shop — roughly thirty-six minutes. Delivery prices by road mileage, landing around $85 for most addresses here, with your exact figure shown at checkout before you pay a dollar. From the Villages of Fruitland Park neighborhoods — Pine Ridge and Pine Hills — to the older streets around Berckman, we cover all of 34731.
Gardenia Park and the city venues
Fruitland Park keeps its event life close to Berckman Street. The Gardenia Park Recreation Complex at 201 W Berckman has the pool, covered pavilion, playground, and rentable shelters — pavilions run from $5 an hour through the city’s online booking portal, grills and electricity included, which is one of the best venue deals in the county. The Gardenia Center next door is the indoor option for weddings, receptions, and showers, with its own tables and warming kitchen; for larger counts or nicer chairs than the house stock, that’s where we come in. Veteran’s Memorial Park at 810 W Berckman adds the fishing pier and another rentable pavilion. Reserve the venue with Parks & Recreation first (352-360-6734), then book us for your window.
Founder’s Day and the local calendar
Fruitland Park Day — the Founder’s Day celebration at the City Hall Complex with its parade and BBQ cook-off — is the city’s signature date, and vendor tables and canopies move that week. Book festival-adjacent events early.
The usual orders
Pavilion parties take banquet tables and folding chairs. Villages-area backyard gatherings book the 20×20 high peak with rounds and padded resin chairs; the 20×40 covers the big family events. Tent setup and teardown are always included; table-and-chair placement is a paid add-on at checkout; dance floor installation is included.
Permits and the honest math
Tents up to 900 square feet — through our 20×40 — need no permit under the Florida Fire Prevention Code exemption; larger tents take a Lake County permit and fire review we prepare. At this distance the fee is real, so two honest tips: combine your whole order into one delivery, or use free customer pickup at our Eustis shop for small folding-furniture loads.
