Fruitland Park’s event life centers on Berckman Street, and we furnish all of it. The Gardenia Center — the city’s indoor venue for weddings, receptions, and showers — carries house tables, but events that want matched 60-inch rounds with linens and padded resin or chiavari seating bring ours in. Gardenia Park and Veteran’s Memorial Park pavilion parties (rentable from $5/hour through the city portal, Parks & Rec 352-360-6734) run 6-foot and 8-foot banquets with folding chairs — in, set, done. And the Villages-of-Fruitland-Park backyards in Pine Ridge and Pine Hills order the full mix for family celebrations.
Counts that come out right
One 60-inch round seats eight for dinner; one 8-foot banquet seats eight to ten or runs a buffet line; plan a serving table per fifty guests. Delivery and the setup question
Fruitland Park sits about twenty-two road miles northwest of our Eustis shop, so delivery lands around $85 — $59 base plus $4 per mile past fifteen, never free, exact figure at checkout. Everything arrives stacked, covered, and sensible; the setup add-on ($2.95 per table, $0.95 per chair) has our crew place the full layout and break it down at pickup — the right call for a hall reception, optional for a pavilion picnic.

Fruitland Park Day fills the City Hall Complex with booths and folding furniture — festival-adjacent dates should reserve counts early with the 25% deposit. And at this distance, combine the order: tables, chairs, linens (specialty colors 7-day lead), and a tent if the sky needs managing — tent setup always included — all on one truck for one fee.
