A straight shot up SR-19
Umatilla is one of our easiest runs — 8.1 road miles straight up SR-19 from our shop on Garden Road, about fourteen minutes door to door. Every Umatilla address gets the $59 flat delivery rate and short arrival windows. From downtown out past the lakes toward the forest edge, if you’re in 32784, we’re close.
Where Umatilla celebrates
Cadwell Park carries a lot of the city’s family events — its picnic pavilions rent through City Hall (from $10/hour for city residents, power available at some), first-come otherwise. The Umatilla Community Building on the city’s facility list rents hourly for indoor gatherings, showers, and receptions. For sports banquets and bigger outdoor events, North Lake Community Park — the Lake County complex on Roger Giles Road — has four rentable pavilions booked through the county’s Office of Parks & Trails. Reserve your spot with the city or county first, then we deliver and set up inside your window.
Black Bear Festival and the winter calendar
Umatilla’s signature weekend is the Black Bear Festival downtown each winter — vendor canopies, folding tables, and chairs move in volume that week, and like any festival window, inventory goes first-come. If your event brushes that weekend, book early.
The usual orders
Backyard birthdays and church functions book the 20×20 high peak with banquet tables and folding chairs. Family reunions on larger properties toward the forest step up to the 20×40. A 10×10 ($249.99/day) shades a food table anywhere. Tent setup and teardown are always included; table-and-chair setup is an optional paid add-on at checkout; dance floor installation is included when a dark walnut floor makes the party.
Permits and pricing, plainly
Tents up to 900 square feet — through our 20×40 — are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code on private property. Bigger tents take a Lake County permit and fire review, which we prepare. Delivery is $59 flat, never free, exact figure shown at checkout before you pay — and free customer pickup at the Eustis shop is fifteen minutes away for the DIY crowd.
