Tent setups adjacent to Cadwell Park pavilions or at North Lake Community Park events work well — reserve the pavilion first (City Hall for Cadwell, Lake County Parks & Trails for North Lake), and confirm with the facility that a staked tent is permitted on your spot; where staking isn’t allowed, we anchor with weighted footings instead. Tents through our 20×40 sit under Florida’s 900-square-foot Fire Prevention Code exemption — no permit for typical private-property events. Larger sizes need a Lake County permit and fire review; we prepare the paperwork. Delivery is $59 flat to all of Umatilla, never free, with the exact figure confirmed at checkout before payment. Free pickup at our Eustis shop is an option for the 10×10 — anything larger, let the crew haul and stake it.
