Northwest Lake County’s busiest corner
Lady Lake calls itself the birthplace of The Villages, and the numbers back the bustle: around sixteen thousand residents in town and more than a hundred thousand people within ten miles. It’s about twenty-six road miles from our Eustis shop — forty minutes — so delivery lands around $102 for most addresses, with your exact figure shown at checkout before you commit. For a town with this much going on, we make the drive weekly.
The town’s own venues
Lady Lake runs a genuinely good parks operation. Snooky Park, opened in 2023 at 120 W Lady Lake Blvd, has picnic shelters and a two-thousand-foot walking trail under live oaks. The Community Building at 237 W Guava St seats up to 113 across two rooms — the town’s go-to for showers, parties, and meetings. The Gazebo at Heritage Park on Dixie Highway holds forty for the small ceremonies, and Rolling Acres Sports Complex hosts the seasonal Tuesday Farmers & Crafts Market alongside rentable fields. All of it books through the town’s Parks & Recreation online system (352-751-1501) — reserve first, then schedule us inside your window.
What Lady Lake orders
Water Oak, Orange Blossom Gardens, Green Key Village, The Lakes of Lady Lake — the neighborhoods here throw real backyard events. The 20×20 high peak with 60-inch rounds and padded resin chairs is the standard family-celebration kit; Community Building events usually add chiavari chairs and linens to dress the hall past its house stock. Tent setup and teardown are always included in the price; table-and-chair placement is a paid add-on at checkout; dance floor installation is included.
Permits, briefly
Tents up to 900 square feet — everything through our 20×40 — are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code on private property. Larger tents take a Lake County permit and fire-protection review; we prepare the paperwork and plan the install around it.
Making the distance worth it
At this mileage, one combined delivery beats two small ones — build the whole order (tent, tables, chairs, linens, floor) into a single booking. Or skip the fee entirely: free customer pickup at our Eustis shop suits folding tables and chairs that fit an SUV.
