Tents where the growth is
Lady Lake — the birthplace of The Villages, with more than a hundred thousand people within ten miles — throws a lot of parties for a town its size. We run tents up here regularly: birthday and anniversary gatherings in Water Oak and Orange Blossom Gardens, family reunions in The Lakes of Lady Lake, and event overflow around the town’s own venues when the guest list outgrows the room.
The sizes that get booked
The 20×20 high peak is Lady Lake’s standard order — comfortable shade for thirty to forty guests dinner-style in a typical backyard. Milestone celebrations (and up here, the fiftieth-anniversary calendar is real) step into the 20×40, and frame tents to 20×60 handle the family reunions that draw three generations. A 10×10 ($249.99/day) covers the food table at a Snooky Park shelter gathering. Setup, staking, tensioning, and teardown are always included with every tent — nobody’s wrestling canvas at eight in the morning except our crew.
Around the town’s venues
Snooky Park’s picnic shelters, the Gazebo at Heritage Park, and the Lady Lake Community Building all rent through the town’s Parks & Recreation online system (352-751-1501). Reserve the facility first, send us the window, and we set up inside it — with weighted-footing anchoring where park rules or hardscape rule out stakes. Tents through our 20×40 fall under Florida’s 900-square-foot exemption; anything larger takes a Lake County permit and fire review, which we handle.
Twenty-six miles, zero surprises
Delivery to Lady Lake lands around $102 — $59 base plus $4 per road mile past fifteen, about forty minutes up from our Eustis shop — never free, exact figure at checkout before payment. At this distance, one combined delivery is the smart play: tent, tables, chairs, and linens on a single truck, one fee, one setup morning.
