Lakefront installs get our waterfront treatment automatically — deeper stakes, extra ratchet lines, and a crew that has tensioned canvas against an afternoon lake breeze more times than we can count.
Sizes and where they land
The 10×10 high peak ($249.99/day) shades a station. The 20×20 owns the backyard-birthday category. The 20×40 high peak carries reunions and graduation parties, and frame tents up to 20×60 handle the wedding-scale events that book lakefront lawns or spill out from the Venetian Center’s surroundings. One honest sizing rule: about ten square feet per seated guest for dinner service — count your list before you pick your tent, or call 407-454-1320 and we’ll do it together.
Venetian Gardens and city facilities
Events at Venetian Gardens reserve through Leesburg Recreation first (352-728-9885). Tell the city what you’re planning; where a staked tent isn’t permitted on park turf, we anchor with weighted footings instead — say so when you book and we load the truck accordingly. We set up inside your approved window and provide a certificate of insurance on request.

Setup and teardown come with every tent — staking, tensioning, takedown, done by our crew. Nobody in Leesburg should be fighting a 20×40 canvas with their brother-in-law on a Saturday morning.
Permits and price
Through the 20×40, Florida’s 900-square-foot exemption means no tent permit on private property; larger tents or any side 30 feet and up take a Lake County permit and fire review we prepare. Delivery to Leesburg runs about $71 — eighteen road miles, $4 per mile past our 15-mile flat zone — never free, exact figure at checkout before payment. Free pickup at the Eustis shop remains the budget route for small canopies.
