Tables at Leesburg’s scale
The Lakefront City hosts everything from gazebo showers to 450-seat banquets, and the table order scales with it. Venetian Gardens pavilion parties run 6-foot and 8-foot banquets — buffet, gifts, drinks, done. Receptions in and around the Venetian Center seat guests at 60-inch rounds, eight per table, dressed in linens; at full banquet density that’s fifty-plus rounds moving on carts, which is exactly the kind of job our crew is built for. Backyards in Montclair and Carver Heights mix both shapes like everyone else.
Sequence the city stuff
Venetian Gardens facilities reserve through Leesburg Recreation (352-728-9885); the Venetian Center books directly. Confirm your window first, then we deliver inside it — placed and squared with the setup add-on ($2.95 per table, breakdown included), or stacked neat and covered if your crew is handling layout. Certificate of insurance available for venue files.
The fee, stated plainly
Leesburg sits about eighteen road miles west of our Eustis shop, so delivery lands around $71 — the $59 base plus $4 for each mile past fifteen — never free, exact figure at checkout before payment. On a big Venetian order that fee disappears into the math; on a two-table porch party, free customer pickup at the shop (thirty minutes east) is the honest recommendation.
Count, dress, cover
One round per eight dinner guests; one banquet per eight to ten seated or per buffet line; a serving table per fifty guests keeps lines moving. Linens finish rounds properly — stocked classics anytime, specialty colors with a week’s lead. Festival weeks (Bikefest in April, the lighted boat parade season in December) stretch inventory countywide, so adjacent dates should lock counts early with the 25% deposit. Chairs, tents (setup always included), and the dance floor complete the order on one truck.
