Where Leesburg dances
The Lakefront City gives a dance floor good rooms to work. Venetian Center receptions — the big ones, up to banquet scale — use a sectioned floor to define the dancing without touching the venue’s own surface. Venetian Gardens weddings put the floor under a tent with Lake Harris in the background. And the backyard receptions in Montclair and Carver Heights get the same dark walnut floor that makes a lawn read as a ballroom in every photo.
Venue sequencing, as always
Venetian Gardens facilities reserve through Leesburg Recreation (352-728-9885); the Venetian Center books direct. Confirm your window, then we install inside it — installation and removal are always included with every floor, level-checked and shimmed outdoors, laid flat and tight indoors, with a COI available for the venue file. On the lakefront lawns, the crew reads the grade before the first section clicks; a floor with a lean clears out faster than a rain delay.
Honest sizing
3 square feet per guest — a 12×12 for fifty guests, 15×18 for a hundred, a size up when the crowd is young and the DJ is good. At Venetian-scale events, plan the floor position with the bar and the band so traffic flows around the dancing, not through it; when you take table setup too, our crew places the whole layout in one pass.
The distance math
Leesburg runs about $71 delivery — eighteen road miles from our Eustis shop, $4 per mile past the 15-mile flat zone, exact figure at checkout, never free. Floors almost never travel alone: rounds, chairs, linens, and a tent (setup always included) ride the same truck for the same fee. Festival-adjacent dates — Bikefest April, boat-parade December — should lock the reservation early with the 25% deposit. Reserve online any hour, or call 407-454-1320 with your date and guest count for a same-day answer on floor availability.
