Seating the Lakefront City
Leesburg gives chairs more kinds of work than most towns. Venetian Gardens gazebo ceremonies want tidy white folding rows with Lake Harris behind them. The Venetian Center’s banquet events — up to 450 seats at full swing — call for padded resin or chiavari at density, delivered on carts and placed fast. Downtown, Carver Heights, and Montclair backyard parties mix it casual. We stock all three lines deep enough that a Venetian-scale count doesn’t blink.
City venues, in sequence
Venetian Gardens pavilions and gazebos reserve through Leesburg Recreation (352-728-9885) with a Facility Rental Application; the Venetian Center books as its own venue. Reserve first, then schedule us inside your window — we arrive when your access starts, place to your layout if you’ve added setup, and we’re gone before the window closes. Certificate of insurance available for venue paperwork on request.
Numbers without surprises
One chair per guest plus spares; eight per 60-inch round or 8-foot banquet for dinner; two feet of row width per ceremony seat. Delivery to Leesburg runs about $71 — eighteen road miles from our Eustis shop, $4 per mile past the 15-mile flat zone — never free, exact figure at checkout before payment. Chair setup is the $0.95-per-chair add-on: placement to your plan, breakdown at pickup. On a 300-chair Venetian Center event it’s not a luxury, it’s the plan.
Festival weeks stretch the racks
Bikefest in April and the December boat-parade season put folding chairs to work across the county. Festival-adjacent dates should reserve early — the 25% deposit locks your count while you finalize everything else.
Finish the order
Rounds and banquets ride the same truck for one delivery fee; linens dress them; and if Lake Harris wind is part of your ceremony picture, padded resin sits steadier than empty folding rows. Free customer pickup at our Eustis shop — thirty minutes east — remains the small-order saver.
