Venetian Gardens, the centerpiece
Sixty-four acres on Lake Harris with gazebos, a marina, and a splash pad — Venetian Gardens is where Leesburg gathers. Gazebo and pavilion rentals go through the city’s Recreation Department (pavilions from $45 for residents, plus a refundable deposit); reserve your spot first, then book us for the window and we deliver tables, chairs, and — where the facility allows — tents, set up inside your reservation. The Venetian Center next door seats up to 450 banquet-style for the indoor events; furniture drops there are quick, level, covered work.
A calendar worth planning around
Bikefest in April floods downtown, the Art & Music Festival fills the fall, and December brings Light Up Venetian Gardens with the lighted boat parade. Festival-adjacent private events compete with vendors for our inventory those weeks — reserve early when your date lands near one.
What Leesburg books
Downtown and Carver Heights backyard parties run the 20×20 high peak with banquet tables and folding chairs. Permits and the pickup option
Tents up to 900 square feet (through our 20×40) are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code; larger sizes take a Lake County permit and fire review we prepare for you. And if the delivery fee doesn’t fit the budget, free customer pickup at our Eustis shop is thirty minutes up the road — folding furniture travels well.
