Will a tent work on my yard's surface?
Almost certainly. Grass is the easy case — we stake straight into it. Pavers, concrete, and driveways work too; we secure the tent with weights instead of stakes, so nothing gets drilled or cracked. Mention your surface when you book and we'll arrive rigged for it.
How big a tent can my yard actually hold?
Measure the open rectangle of your yard, then subtract about five feet on every side — stakes, ropes, and working room live in that buffer. A 30-by-40-foot clear patch of grass fits a 20x30 tent; it does not fit a 20x40. Text us the measurements and we'll confirm the biggest tent that genuinely fits.
Do you deliver to homes in Eustis and nearby towns?
Yes — residential deliveries are most of what we do, covering Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, Sorrento, Umatilla, and Leesburg. Delivery is a flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis and $4 per mile beyond, calculated exactly at checkout. You can also pick up free from 3005 Garden Rd.
What's included, and what's an add-on?
Every tent comes with setup and teardown at no extra charge, and dance floor installation is included as well. The optional extra is having us place your chairs and tables: $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table at checkout. Otherwise they arrive clean and stacked, ready for you to arrange.

The Yard-to-Tent Math Nobody Explains
A 20×30 tent does not need a 20-by-30 yard — it needs more. Staked tents want roughly five feet of clearance on every side for stake lines and crew access, so the true footprint of a 20×30 is closer to 30 by 40. Before you fall for a tent size, walk the yard with a tape measure: find the largest rectangle clear of trees, playsets, AC units, and septic lids, then work backward from there.
Overhead matters as much as ground space. High peak tents rise well above fence height, so look up for oak limbs and service lines before you settle on a spot. And if the dream setup runs past 900 square feet, Florida's permit exemption (F.S. 633.202(17)) stops there — a 20×60 frame tent behind the house triggers a Lake County tent permit and fire review, which is very doable but needs lead time.
Grass, Pavers, or Driveway — Each Has a Playbook
- Grass: our favorite surface. Stakes go in and the tent stays put through a summer storm. Point out irrigation heads and shallow lines before we drive the first stake.
- Pavers and patios: no drilling, ever. Weighted ballasts anchor the frame and the pavers come through untouched.
- Driveways and concrete: a solid choice when the lawn is tight — weights again, and the flat slab keeps tables and chairs perfectly level.
- Sloped or soft ground: tell us in advance. A gentle grade is workable; a mushy low spot after rain is worth avoiding, especially where the dance floor goes.
