The Shop on Garden Road
Eustis Event Rentals works out of 3005 Garden Rd in Eustis, sending tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors across the Golden Triangle and the rest of Lake County.
Our Story
Eustis Event Rentals lives at 3005 Garden Rd in Eustis — a working shop, not a call center. Logan Larochelle opened it in 2023 and built the route list the old-fashioned way: the first tents went up close to home in the Golden Triangle — Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares — and the radius widened as neighbors passed the number along, out to Umatilla and Sorrento in one direction and down to Leesburg in the other. Today the trucks run all over Lake County.
The shop has a rule that explains most of how we operate: nothing rides out dirty. Chairs get wiped down rack by rack, tent tops get scrubbed and fully dried before they're rolled (a top rolled damp comes back smelling like a science experiment), and stakes get counted back onto the truck so the next crew isn't short two on a job site. It's tedious. It's also why the equipment that shows up to your event looks like something you'd want in your wedding photos.
The second rule is about money: we don't play the "free delivery" game, because delivery is never actually free — somebody fuels and drives that truck. Instead we print the real number on the quote: $59 flat within 15 road miles of the shop, $4 a mile past that, or zero if you pick up at Garden Rd yourself. Logan still runs the operation day to day, so when you call or text, odds are good you're talking to the person who'll load your order.
"A tent either goes up right or it doesn't — there's no version of 'close enough' that survives a Florida afternoon. So we do it right, and we tell you what it costs before you book."
