Quinceañera Rentals in Eustis & Lake County
One night, fifteen years in the making. We bring the tent, the chiavari chairs, linens in her color, and a dark walnut dance floor — installed and ready — to families across Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, and Leesburg.
Quinceañera Planning Questions
Why do you recommend planning around the dance floor?
Because that's where the night happens — the father-daughter vals, the surprise dance, the court's choreography. Our dark walnut floors are modular, so we size the footprint to your court and crowd, and installation is included with the rental.
Do you have chiavari chairs?
Yes — chiavaris are the chair quinceañera families request most, and they transform a tent instantly. We also stock padded resin and standard folding chairs if you'd like elegant seating up front and economical seating elsewhere.
Can the linens match the quinceañera's theme color?
That's the goal — linens are how the color story reaches every table. Standard shades are simple to arrange; specialty colors require a seven-day lead, so lock in the linen order as soon as her theme is chosen.
What's included, and what does delivery cost?
Tent setup, teardown, and dance floor installation come with those rentals. Delivery is a flat $59 within 15 road miles of Eustis, plus $4 per mile beyond, with the exact total shown at checkout. Placing chairs and tables is an optional add-on at $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table, and free pickup is available at 3005 Garden Rd.
Fifteen Happens Once

Plan the Dance Floor First, Then Build Outward
Most events start with the tent. A quinceañera should start with the floor — the vals with her father, the surprise dance, and every court performance all happen on those dark walnut panels, and everything else in the tent simply faces them. Our floors assemble in sections, so we scale the footprint to her court and guest list: a 12×12 suits a smaller court with room for the birthday girl to shine, while a livelier crowd earns a 16×16 or larger. Installation is included with every dance floor, so it's rehearsal-ready before we pull out of the driveway.
Once the floor is sized, the tent follows naturally. Ring it with 60-inch rounds — eight seats apiece — and give the cake and buffet their own banquet tables along one wall. A 20×40 high peak stays inside Florida's 900-square-foot permit exemption (F.S. 633.202(17)); the 20×60 frame tent for the biggest guest lists crosses that threshold and needs a Lake County tent permit with fire review, so build in a few extra weeks if you're going that big.
Chiavari Chairs and Her Color Story
Chiavari chairs earn their place at quinceañeras: slender, formal, and unmistakable in photos, especially at the honoree's table. Families watching the budget often seat the head table and court in chiavaris and fill the rest of the tent with padded resin or folding chairs — once the music starts, no one is auditing the seating. The linens carry her theme color through the whole room, so choose the shade early: specialty linen colors need seven days' lead time, and a true theme color is almost always a specialty order.
Starting Points by Guest Count
- Court and close family, around 75: a 20×30 high peak, eight or nine rounds, chiavaris up front, and a 12×12 floor.
- The full list, around 100: a 20×40 high peak — permit-exempt at 800 square feet — with eleven rounds, mixed seating, and a 16×16 floor.
- Everyone she has ever met, 150-plus: the 20×60 frame tent, sixteen rounds, a 20×20 floor, and time budgeted for the Lake County permit.
