The Lady Lake Community Building on Guava Street seats up to 113 across its two rooms: dressed properly, that’s fourteen 60-inch rounds with linens and padded resin chairs, which is exactly the load our truck brings up for the showers, anniversaries, and club events that book it. The Gazebo at Heritage Park (forty capacity) takes folding rows for the small ceremonies, and the backyards in Water Oak, Orange Blossom Gardens, and Green Key Village order the classic backyard mix.
Reserve the room, then the furniture
Town facilities book through Lady Lake Parks & Recreation’s online system (352-751-1501). Confirm your window first; we deliver inside it — placed to your layout when you take the setup add-on ($2.95 per table, $0.95 per chair, breakdown included), or stacked neatly if your crew handles arranging. A Community Building drop is routine work for us: carted in, squared, dressed, done.
The count, the fee, no surprises
One round per eight dinner guests; one 8-foot banquet per eight to ten, or per buffet line; chairs one per guest plus spares. Delivery to Lady Lake lands around $102 — twenty-six road miles from our Eustis shop, $59 base plus $4 per mile past fifteen, never free, exact figure at checkout before you pay. At this distance the one-truck rule matters most: tables, chairs, linens, and a tent if the party’s outdoors (tent setup always included) — one combined order, one fee.
