Our shop is on Garden Road in Eustis, which means every Eustis order gets the best of everything we do: the $59 flat delivery rate, first pick of morning delivery windows, and the shortest possible drive if weather or plans change mid-event. Free customer pickup happens here too — plenty of Eustis folks grab folding tables and chairs on a Friday and drop them back Monday.
Downtown, the lakefront, and the lake neighborhoods
The orders follow Eustis’s map. Downtown’s churches and community groups book chairs and 8-foot banquet tables by the dozen for functions and fundraisers. Ferran Park and the Lake Eustis waterfront host the public events — city permit required for Ferran, Carver Park, Sunset Island, and Marsh Memorial, and we set up inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance on request. Out on Lake Joanna and East Crooked Lake, backyard weddings and reunions book our 20×20 and 20×40 high peak tents with rounds and padded chairs.
Lakefront wind is real
Lake Eustis is big and open, and the afternoon breeze off it is dependable. Waterfront tents get deeper stakes and extra ratchet lines as standard, and on hardscape near the boardwalk we anchor with weighted footings instead of stakes. Tell us the yard is on the water; we plan for it.
Everything under one roof
Tents from the 10×10 high peak ($250/day) through 20×60 frames; 6-foot, 8-foot, and 60-inch round tables; chairs from white and black folding through padded resin to chiavari; dark walnut dance floors; linens to dress it all. Tent setup and teardown are always included. Table-and-chair placement is a paid add-on at checkout. Dance floor installation is included.
Permits in town
Tents up to 900 square feet are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code — that covers most backyard events. Larger tents take a Lake County permit and fire-protection review; we prepare the paperwork. City park events need the City of Eustis facility reservation first — then we work your window.
