New town, familiar furniture
Minneola’s new neighborhoods — the Hills, Founders Ridge, Ardmore Reserve — are full of first big parties: housewarmings, kids’ birthdays, graduation cookouts. The furniture math is the same everywhere, but the venues here are unusually friendly. Trailhead Park’s pavilions are free-use, no permit needed per the city — we deliver banquets and folding chairs straight to the pavilion inside park hours (dawn to dusk), and the seventeen acres at 315 Madison Street do the rest. The East Chester Street gymnasium (4,000 square feet, rentable with kitchen through the city’s Recreation Department, 352-394-3598) hosts the indoor receptions — 60-inch rounds, linens, padded resin or chiavari chairs, placed and squared.
The two-shape rule
Rounds for dining: one per eight guests, dressed in linens for anything with a cake. Banquets (6-foot and 8-foot) for everything else: buffets, drinks, gifts, casual seating for eight to ten. Most Minneola orders mix both — six rounds and two banquets covers a fifty-guest party with food service. Chairs pair one per guest plus spares; every per-piece price is live on the booking page.
Delivery, setup, honesty
Minneola runs about twenty-eight road miles from our Eustis shop, so delivery lands near $109 — $59 base plus $4 per mile past fifteen, never free, with the exact figure at checkout before payment. The setup add-on ($2.95 per table, $0.95 per chair) has the crew place the layout and break it down afterward — worth it for a gym reception, skippable for a pavilion picnic. And the standing rule for the longer runs: one combined truck (tables, chairs, linens, tent with setup always included) beats two small deliveries every time.
