Pavilions and the Downtown Festival Park gazebo reserve free through the city’s online system — but remember the city’s quirk: an organized special event (public, festival-scale, or commercial) needs Groveland’s Special Event Permit filed thirty days ahead (Ord. 2020-08, $100 cleanup deposit, Parks & Rec 352-429-2141 x222).
