Sorrento orders run bigger than town orders. A barn reception seats a hundred; a Red Tail backyard dinner seats forty on the patio and lawn. The building blocks stay the same — 60-inch rounds seating eight for dinner service, 6-foot and 8-foot banquet tables for buffets and casual seating, chairs from white and black folding through padded resin up to chiavari for weddings — but out here you’ll usually want more of them, and the math per guest matters. Rough guide: one round per eight guests dinner-style, one banquet table per eight to ten for family-style or buffet seating.
The setup add-on earns its keep out here
Delivery to Sorrento is $59 flat — twelve road miles, inside our zone — and includes carrying everything to a covered, reasonable spot. On a hundred-chair barn event, though, “stacked by the door” and “ready for guests” are hours apart. Table-and-chair setup is a paid add-on at checkout: our crew unfolds, places to your layout, and breaks it all down at pickup. Pair it with a tent (setup always included) and a dance floor (installation included) and your only job on event morning is the decorating.
Long drives, no drama
Same rule as our tent deliveries: unpaved and long private drives are routine for us in Sorrento, Mount Plymouth, and Wolf Branch — just tell us at booking so the right truck comes. Furniture deliveries stage close to the setup spot whenever ground allows, which shortens the carry and your setup window.
Weather and ground sense
Open properties mean sun and wind. Folding chairs on soft ground sink under guests — we’ve seen enough pasture receptions to suggest plywood pads or placement on firmer ground, and we’ll flag it during delivery if we see it. Linens get clipped when the afternoon breeze runs across open fields.

Every per-piece price is live on the booking page; reserve online any hour with a 25% deposit. Delivery is never free — $59 flat here, exact figure at checkout before payment. Free customer pickup at the Eustis shop works for smaller loads; for the hundred-chair weekend, let the truck take the trip.
