Pasture weddings ring 60-inch rounds under a frame tent, eight guests each, linens to the floor. Red Tail and the residential acreage around Wolf Branch and Sorrento Springs order the mixed kit: rounds for dining, banquets for the buffet, and one more serving table than anyone planned for.
What open ground demands
Level and firm beat scenic every time a cake is involved. Our crews level table runs with shims where pasture dips — automatic when you take the table setup add-on ($2.95 per table: placement to your layout, leveled, broken down at pickup) — and we’ll flag soft ground before it becomes your problem. Long unpaved drives are routine here; mention yours at booking so the right truck arrives loaded in the right order.
Twelve miles, flat rate
Sorrento sits 12.1 road miles east of our Eustis shop on SR-46 — inside the $59 flat-delivery zone, no matter how far the driveway runs past the gate. Exact figure at checkout, never free, nothing surprising. For a two-table pickup, our shop is twenty minutes away and the tailgate does the rest.
The family-style math
Family-style and buffet dinners change the counting: an 8-foot banquet seats eight to ten and carries the platters, so plan one per ten guests plus a dedicated serving run. Formal rounds stay one-per-eight. A hundred-guest barn wedding: twelve rounds or ten banquets in runs, plus three service tables. Every price is live on the booking page; chairs, linens, the dark walnut dance floor (installation included), and frame tents to 20×60 (setup always included) all ride the same truck.
