Wooton Park and the Lake Dora waterfront host the community gatherings and ceremonies — those book white folding chairs by the row, quick to place on the grass and easy to strike before the park closes. The weddings and receptions, on the waterfront lawns and in Royal Harbor backyards, dress up with chiavari or padded resin seating that matches the linens and the view.
Wooton Park, in the right order
Wooton Park is a City of Tavares facility: reserve your event with the city first, then book us for inside your window. Chair drops there are among our fastest jobs — rows placed, aligned, and done before your decorators arrive — and we carry a certificate of insurance for the venue paperwork on request. One lakefront note from experience: the afternoon breeze off Lake Dora tips empty lightweight chairs, so we place folding rows with the wind in mind and suggest padded resin when the forecast looks stiff.
The honest numbers
One chair per guest plus a few spares; eight chairs per 60-inch round or 8-foot banquet for dinner service; two feet of row width per ceremony chair. Per-chair prices — folding lowest, padded resin mid, chiavari for the occasions — are live on the booking page around the clock. Delivery to any Tavares address is the $59 flat rate (7.5 road miles from our Eustis shop, sixteen minutes), never free, exact figure at checkout. Chair setup is the optional add-on at $0.95 per chair — placement to your layout and full breakdown afterward.
Rounds, banquets, and a roof
Most Tavares chair orders leave with tables on the same truck — one delivery fee covers the lot. If the event needs cover, our high peak and frame tents include setup and teardown in the price, and the dark walnut dance floor installs included too. Free customer pickup at the Eustis shop, fifteen minutes east, suits the dozen-chair porch party.
