Both ship on the same truck for one delivery fee.
Wooton Park drops, done right
City facility, city permit — reserve Wooton Park with the City of Tavares first, then we deliver inside your approved window with a COI available for the paperwork. A pavilion table drop is one of our quickest jobs: placed, aligned, and dressed before your event window really starts. What it costs, exactly
Delivery to any Tavares address is the $59 flat rate — 7.5 road miles from our Eustis shop, inside the flat zone — never free, with the exact figure confirmed at checkout before you pay. The table setup add-on runs $2.95 per table: our crew places to your layout, levels where the ground argues, and breaks everything down at pickup. Per-table prices — banquets the everyday value, rounds for dining — are live on the booking page around the clock.
The counting part
One 60-inch round per eight dinner guests. One 8-foot banquet per eight to ten seated, or one per buffet line. A sixty-guest reception: eight rounds or seven banquets, plus a serving table and a gift table. Add chairs in the same order (eight per table keeps the math honest), linens to dress it, and a tent overhead if the forecast wants one — tent setup always included. Free customer pickup at the Eustis shop, fifteen minutes east, remains the small-order option.
