Waterfront yards along the shore and events at Wooton Park catch a steady afternoon breeze off the water, so our crews stake deeper and add extra ratchet lines on every lakefront job as standard practice. Inland, the yards of Royal Harbor and Lake Frances Estates are conventional setups — level ground, standard anchoring, quick installs.
Sizes for how Tavares celebrates
A 10×10 high peak ($250/day) shades a food station or gift table. The 20×20 covers most backyard birthdays and showers — 30 to 40 guests dinner-style. The 20×40 high peak steps up to family reunions and graduation parties, and our frame tents run to 20×60 for the weddings that book Wooton Park’s waterfront or a private lakefront lawn. If you’re between sizes, call 407-454-1320 and we’ll talk through your guest count and layout; oversizing a tent costs you money and undersizing costs you comfort, and we’d rather you get it right.
Wooton Park events
Wooton Park is a City of Tavares facility — reserve your event with the city first, then send us the approved window and we set up inside it, certificate of insurance provided on request. It’s a spectacular venue with seaplanes landing off the shore, and we’ve learned its ground: where trucks stage, which stretches take stakes, and how early to arrive so your event window isn’t spent watching a crew work.
The permit picture
Everything through our 20×40 sits under Florida’s 900-square-foot exemption (F.S. 633.202(17)) — no tent permit on private property. Larger tents or any side of 30 feet or more trigger a Lake County permit and fire-protection review; we prepare it and plan the install around the approval.
Delivery you can price before you book
Tavares is 7.5 road miles from our Eustis shop — inside the 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59, with the exact figure confirmed at checkout before payment. Setup and teardown are always included with every tent. Free customer pickup at the shop is available, though for anything bigger than a 10×10 canopy, let our crew do the hauling and staking — that’s what the fee buys.
