Wooton Park events reserve with the City of Tavares first; we install inside your approved window and carry a COI for the venue file. Waterfront specifics we plan for: the ground near the lake holds moisture, so the crew levels the substructure with shims before the first section clicks — installation and removal are always included, because a floor is only as good as its base — and where the layout puts the floor near open water, we set it back from the seawall line so the dancing stays on the floor.
Pick the size by guest count
The working rule is 3 square feet per guest: a 12×12 handles a fifty-guest wedding, 15×18 carries a hundred, and a quinceañera crowd that will all be up at once sizes one step bigger. Between sizes? Flat delivery, full package
Tavares is 7.5 road miles from our Eustis shop — the $59 flat rate to every address, exact figure at checkout, never free. Most floors ship with the rest of the reception on the same truck: rounds and chairs (setup add-on available), linens, and the tent overhead with setup always included. One delivery fee, one crew, and the only thing left for Saturday morning is the playlist and the people you invited.
