That puts every Mount Dora address inside our $59 flat-delivery zone and gives you the tightest arrival windows on our schedule. Backyard celebrations around Lake Gertrude and in Loch Leven and the Country Club of Mount Dora book our 20×20 and 20×40 high peak tents with round tables and padded resin chairs. Downtown, the calendar drives everything: on Arts Festival and Antique Fair weekends we deliver vendor canopies and folding-table setups all over the historic district, and those weekends fill our calendar weeks ahead — if your date touches a festival, book the moment you know it.
Parks and permits
Donnelly Park hosts the city’s downtown events and festivals; Gilbert Park and Elizabeth Evans Park sit right on the Lake Dora waterfront with pavilions and picnic areas. All three are City of Mount Dora facilities, so events there need a city permit — reserve your spot with the city first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it. For tents, anything up to 900 square feet (our 20×20 and 20×40 included) is exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code; larger tents get a Lake County permit and fire review, which we prepare and schedule around.
The historic district is its own animal
Streets in the historic core are narrow and slope toward Lake Dora. Before delivery day we confirm truck access for your address and plan level runs for tables and dance floors — a dark walnut dance floor on a grade is something we flag before it becomes your problem, not after.
